This unique ability makes it a top choice for home defense, but to make it as effective as possible for personal defense, we must load the best 410 ammo for a Taurus Judge in it.

Many shooters love the 38 Special because its accurate and low recoil defense rounds have been proven to stop threats at close range. Combine that with a snubnose revolver, and you have the recipe for an excellent concealed carry firearm.

So, what is the best 38 Special ammo for snubbies? I'm glad you asked!

New legislation introduced in the Ohio House would send repeat offenders who use a firearm when committing another crime to prison longer. The Repeat Offender Act increases penalties for violent offenders in possession of a firearm while still being impacted by a previous felony conviction. It also creates a weapons-specific enhancement for repeat offenders who continue to violate their weapons restriction.

There’s an exodus underway from West Coast states largely due to left-drifting politics, according to Fox News, and among those heading to “free America” are Washington State gun owners jumping the border to neighboring Idaho. At least, that seems to be one of the reasons Bryan Zielinski took his family and his professional background in firearms retail to Post Falls, Idaho, about 20 minutes east of Spokane via I-90. As the Fox story revealed—and as Zielinski explained to Ammoland via telephone—Washington became just too political, and the gun laws became increasingly restrictive.

My two main concerns when choosing a concealed carry handgun are size and weight. The CZ Shadow 2 Compact takes the best features from the full-sized Shadow 2 and condenses them into a new package so I can carry this sweet dream all day without breaking my back. Whether you own a full-sized Shadow 2 or are considering packing a new concealed handgun, stick with me as I put the Compact Shadow 2 through some tough shooting calisthenics.

 QUOTES TO REMEMBER
Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of. Notwithstanding the military establishments in the several kingdoms of Europe, which are carried as far as the public resources will bear, the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. — James Madison, The Federalist Papers, No. 46
