OPEN LETTER TO PATRIOTIC AMERICANS

To [recipient],

This is an open letter to all freedom loving Americans and politicians that wish to remain free. I have written to a number of congressmen that still do not get the message. I wish to say that Senator Larry Craig deserves the respect of all freedom loving Americans. He has taken the mantle and become the champion for our cause which is to return the government to the people and reestablish the Constitution as the Founding Fathers intended.

The Patriotic Americans want our rights back. We want the federal and state governments to repeal all 20,000+ gun laws.

In 1982 US Federal Court of Appeals declared:

"There is no Constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by a criminal or madman."
Bowers vs. Devot US Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit 686f 2d 616 (1982)

In 1856 the US Supreme Court ruled that local law enforcement had no duty to protect individuals but general duty to enforce the law. South vs Maryland 59US (HOW) 396 15L ed433

In 1942 the US Supreme Court declared:

"a state cannot impose license, tax or fee on a Constitutionally protected right."
Murdock vs Pennsylvania 319US 105 (1942) For those who rely on law and common sense the possession of a firearm is clearly "a Constitutionally protected right."

In 1886 Presser vs. Illinois 116US 252 the US Supreme Court declared that the right to keep and bear arms exist for

"all citizens capable of bearing arms and the state could not infringe upon this right."

In 1803 Chief Justice John Marshall declared:

"all laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void."
Marbury vs. Madison 5US 137 (1803) Only 16 years after the Ratification of the Constitution Chief Justice Marshall ruled all laws that violate the Constitution are illegal.

So the COURTS ruled that the police are not responsible to protect the safety of the individual citizen. The COURTS ruled that the state has no authority to infringe upon our rights that are protected by the BILL OF RIGHTS. Sixteen years after the Ratification of the Constitution Chief Justice John Marshall ruled "all laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." So since this matter has been ruled in the Highest Court of the land, my question is, why are there 20,000+ gun control laws on the books?

They have already been ruled on. We don't need judge and lawyers telling us what our Founding Fathers were thinking 224 years ago. I read and understand English pretty well.

The Founding Fathers also said that WE THE PEOPLE (individual citizens) where the check to keep the government and military in control. They stated that we were to have arms equal to the military which clearly makes the ban on assault and automatic weapons illegal.

Licensing leads to registration which leads to confiscation. Before the American Patriots let that happen there will be another Revolution. The streets in America will be flowing with the blood of PATRIOT and tyrant alike.

You may say I am crazy talking like this. That won't happen in the United States. "Waiting periods are only a step. Registration is only a step. The prohibition of firearms is the goal." Janet Reno Attorney General of the United States of America December 10, 1993 (associated press) This smacks of tyranny to me. You say it can't happen. I am telling you with 20,000 gun control laws on the books, it can and it will unless we do something today.

What freedom would be next? With the guns out of the hands of the American citizen then will it be our religious freedom, freedom of the press? The answer is simple it will be all of them.

"The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in their government." Thomas Jefferson "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." Thomas Jefferson "The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their arms." Samuel Adams Are these the words of men who would have agreed that 20,000+ gun laws thus far imposed on 21century Americans, do not infringe on the 2nd Amendment.

"Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God." ~~Thomas Jefferson

"THE TREE OF LIBERTY MUST BE REFRESHED FROM TIME TO TIME WITH THE BLOOD OF PATRIOTS AND TYRANTS." ~~Thomas Jefferson

Sincerely,

HANK BACHMANN
