Customer Service:

Kmart Corporation I am writing this to express
my outrage at your pathetic attempt to gain publicity in the wake of the attacks
on our country. To use this national tradegy for your own purposes is inexcusable
and I will no longer shop in your stores.

The fact that the terrorists did not use any
firearms during their attack makes your reaction unexplainable except as a publicity
stunt. How does restricting the law-abiding public's access to firearms have
any impact on the current situation or prevent future attacks of this nature?
Actually an armed public can and has prevented criminal actions across this
  country. I
will not patronize your stores again.

Sincerely,

Doug Williams
