Sir:

I recently read your article on banning guns in the workplace. If guns are the
problem, as your article implies, then why aren't there mass shootings at gun
shows and firing ranges? Have you noticed that shootings almost always take
place at schools, post offices and places that a criminal knows there will be
little or no resistance? Have you noticed that criminals don't seem to give
a damn about gun laws? That means that us law abiding folks would be the helpless
  ones.
You have a right to not carry a
firearm, just as I have a right to protect myself. Since I do carry a gun to,
from, and at work, if I ever see you being robbed or mugged, be sure to let
me know who you are. That way, instead of coming to your aid, I can just keep
walking so you won't be offended by the sight of the gun I'm bringing home from
  work.
Sincerely,
Ted Vaughn
