Much has happened in the last month (and last week), and we very well could have an Emerson Decision very soon. (Yes, I know, I have thought and said that for months!).

However, that being said, several key court cases favorable to gun ownership and Ashcroft's continued advancement of the Second Amendment as an individual right are setting the stage for an Emerson ruling.
