Man killed trying to rob home, police say (OH)
OpSD --"An 18-year-old man armed with a BB gun was fatally shot while trying to rob the residents of a Franklinton home yesterday afternoon, police said."

 
No charges filed against man who shot teen (TX)
OpSD --"An investigation revealed the victim went to a party at the residence and engaged in an argument that escalated into a physical confrontation, police officials said. Police said a resident of the home grabbed a handgun and fired several shots at the victim in and attempt to protect his home and family."
