Prosecutors filed 14 felony counts
Friday against a man shot allegedly during a home invasion robbery.
The charges against Sean Rodriguez, 20, include burglary, kidnapping, menacing
and robbery.
He's accused of going to a southwest Denver
home last Sunday evening with another man, holding a family at gunpoint and
ransacking the house. A family member grabbed a gun and fired as the intruders
left, authorities said.
Rodriguez was in serious condition Friday at
Denver Health Medical Center.
