PEMBROKE, NORTH CAROLINA -- Enrique Mendoza
Figueroa told sheriff's deputies that a masked man broke into his house at 794
Eddie Sampson Road and shot at him late Wednesday.
Figueroa, who is 31, said he shot back and the
man ran away, according to a sheriff's report.
No one was injured, and nothing was taken.
About $2,400 damage to the walls and doors was reported, according to
authorities.
