DALLAS, TEXAS -- Dallas police say Daniel John Norah, 51, was the Dallas man who was fatally shot Monday night by the owner of an Oak Cliff carwash.

Investigators said Mr. Norah was shot after getting into an altercation with the business owner at the carwash in the 1500 block of Ewing Avenue. Mr. Norah was shot after swinging a golf club at the owner, who had ordered him to leave, police said.

Police continue to investigate the case and are expected to interview the business owner today.
