as: Birmingham, Alabama -- A Birmingham man was shot in the stomach in the 100 block of Tuscaloosa Avenue Saturday at 11 a.m. Jaques Milhouse, 27, was shot during a robbery attempt.
Police found Milhouse at his Fulton Avenue home where he was being treated by Birmingham Fire and Rescue.
Milhouse was taken to BMC Princeton for treatment.
