"A lorry driver caught with a haul of sub-machine guns in a truckload of frozen pizzas he was delivering to the UK has been cleared of possessing firearms by a court." "Orzen Pucarin, 42, was stopped at Dover last November by customs officers."
"They found 30 Uzi guns, 29 silencers and 475 rounds of ammunition hidden in plastic bags in the spare tyre of the lorry, which was on its way to North Yorkshire."
"Mr. Pucarin, from Cutina in Croatia, claimed he had no idea the guns were there." |

Mr. Pucarin is lucky the British allow a trial by jury -- I've heard there's movement afoot in the People's Republic of England to suspend trial by jury in some cases. If the prosecution keeps loosing cases, it may become annoyed enough to redouble this effort so only approved judges would decide cases. Is the Magna Carta still in effect in the UK or has it been burned??? |

This chap was delivering his frozen pizzas to Tesco depot in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire. Once you get in there you cannot unload your guns and just walk out, he must of been planning to stop along the way to deliver the guns ? DD |
