Lou Dobbs ought to reassess his "admiration" of the BATFUces

Comment by: MACpistol.com (3/15/2008)
Lou is one of the constitution's only friends in the mainstream media. I wonder if he knows about what atf has done and is STILL doing to KT Ordnance and Red's Trading post. The frustration from Lou towards the end of this video was a good sign. He had trouble forming sentences because of his justifiable outrage. Another reason to like Lou: did you catch where he threw in the nra when he essentially demanded that we rise up and demand justice? I think he can sense the uselessness of the nra. I think he can see that the nra has been silent while batfe goes around destroying people's lives and businesses and our rights.

Comment by: MACpistol.com (3/15/2008)
I think if he knew how nra has ignored KT Ordnance and Reds, his jaw would drop and he'd do a story about how nra just treads water when it comes to the 2nd amendment. If he found out that nra spends 90+ cents in spam mailings to members for every dollar they get in donations (according to public tax documents), he'd flip.

Cowardly americans tend to trash people who take bad things seriously, who investigate, who get outraged, and who keep it up. Cowardly americans call them "obsessed" because true patriots like Lou Dobbs and Alex Jones and Joel Skousen (obviously men who are at different stages of the road to truth) SHOW THESE COWARDLY AMERICANS WHO TAKE NO ACTION WHAT COWARDS THEY TRULY ARE!

I wish someone would advise me what action TO take

RE: MACpistol.com - Well said . Some people deal with reality in one way while others another. One way is denial and inaction. The other way is understanding and action.

When I was in my early teens my friend Tommy had a Remington semi-auto .22 cal. rifle that on occasion would go full auto. We never knew when this would happen and releasing the trigger had no effect. It would empty the magazine. We had more fun with that gun !! Thank God the BATF didn't catch us.

If someone on this site can forward my E-mail address to this mans attorney(s) I would like to talk to them. I have information that could and would help them out. It seems to me that I could get this mans name cleared and this will not happen again. Thanks, Bob

good post..your click supports intelligent programming at cnn. He should do Red's too, but this one was bulletproof..all depends on corrupt liberal judge or biased jury. System will show no mercy-paranoia and precaution save lives and careers. Who would encourage a child to serve in such a wussified military, except in nat'l emergency after seeing this crap?

Comment by: crotalus (3/15/2008)
I'll bet that the BATFEces hand-picked that jury, and based its choices on their total ignorance and bias concerning all things gun.

And yeah, Lou Dobbs is a hell of a surprise.

Comment by: madashell (3/15/2008)
I’ve posted this story at a couple of gun sites, do you know a lot of gun owners claim the story is false or that there’s more to the story than is being told.

JPFO ran with this from the beginning even with JPFO’s documentation far too many gun owners just don’t get it, their in denial.

I’ve come to believe that there’s a horrible lack of understanding in the 2A community when it comes to liberty

Comment by: trc9@hotmail.com (3/15/2008)
I have a real problem understanding how this case and ones like it get this far. I thought the laws have an intended purpose. This is clearly outside the intent of the law. How did a jury find this man guilty? This story makes me sick.

Comment by: Mitymite (3/15/2008)
It seems to me that the PROPER arrest would be the loanee, instead of the LOANER. I would be willing to bet that the loanee was an ATF plant, specificatly for the purpose of tampering with the rifle.

Comment by: Mitymite (3/15/2008)
This case MUST be a slap upside the head for EVERY ONE of us who owns ANY kind of semi-auto weapon; if you loan it out, FOR YOUR OWN protection, check it out BEFORE you shoot it; if the hammer follows the slide, or the bolt, open it up, and check internal parts. If you don't feel qualified to do this yourself, take the piece to a knowledgeable friend or a gunsmith you can trust. If you don't, you, too can be attacked by the wonderful BATFE. From personal experience, I know just how easy it is to make a semi into FULL AUTO. Be VERY careful folks.

Comment by: eagpag (3/15/2008)
I don't believe gun owners are in denial of what the BATFeces are doing. Many people just don't know what to do. There are, evidently, not enough people on this blog willing to flood their senators and representatives with information about the problems. When the NRA won't get behind the injustices, that says something about the organization. And about us with our wailings.

Comment by: Never loan a semi auto (3/15/2008)
The nazis at batfe just made it unsafe to lend your semi auto to ANYONE who is not loyal family. Period.

This is dangerous stuff. They will clearly pervert the law at will and "judges" just sit there and encourage it. So called juries (these jurors should be hung) like this are as stupid as it gets.

We have no protection anymore.

I strongly suspect that this was one of BATFE/IRS/CIA's known corrupt "judges" and that they wanted a clearly unjust conviction to CREATE anger like they did after Waco/Ruby Ridge. Remember what happened after THAT? The government sponsored the OK city attack and blamed militias/gun owners (media kept repeating that it was supposedly citizen revenge for waco).

Comment by: Never loan a semi auto (3/15/2008)
After they created anger after Waco/RR, and after the all too convenient OKC bombing (they also picked April 19 for added effect), gun bans became set in stone and UN-REPEAL-able (thank God for the sunset clause in the aw ban), and the globalist's greatest fear, our local militias, were shut down from citizen cowardice as a result.

This awful conviction is so blatantly unjust that there's NO WAY it's a coincidence or fluke. The powers that be are trying to CREATE anger/rage again so they can blame ALL GUN OWNERS for some future attack they'll have a hand in. If this is the case, there's not much we can do but pray to God for a miracle.

Dear God Mitty, you are playing directly into their hands!!!!!!!!!!
It is not about the condition of the firearm at any given moment, it is about the condition of the firearm when it goes SCREWEY.

Got it?

I hope you do

I have had at least one rifle and one pistol go into double-tap with one trigger pull and could not figure it out since it never happened again.

Go do the math.

So, I ask everyone on the friggin internet, Am I a Criminal?

Don't think so

madashell, et al.;

I have read this mans post on ar-15.com. What apparently happened was he built up an ar-15 using an olympic arms lower with m-16 trigger parts. I question how he was able to place the selecter in full auto position as the oly arms lower should not be capable of going into that position without mods to it. The bozo he loaned it to was told not to place it in that position as it would malfunction. He took it to the range, fired enough ammo through it to dirty up the receiver & then on a lark, he place it to what on an m-16, is the auto position where it then proceeded to slam-fire in an out-of-battery (highly dangerous) condition until it jammed. IMHO, he should not have been convicted of any crime!

Comment by: MACpistol.com (3/15/2008)
"One freeman," that is interesting, but it still shows the jury to be the stupidest group of mental defectives ever to sit on a jury. Clearly these people do not value liberty one bit and have zero common sense, and WORSE, they brainlessly do everything the "judge" (a former prosecutor) and the nazi prosecutor TELL them to do. That makes them full blown traitors.

Comment by: ChareltonHest -ta- atfabuse.com (3/15/2008)
Mitymite and Never loan a semi auto,

You are playing right into their hands.

They are just about to the point where they can say "we'll just arrest anyone who is a gun-owner for any reason" and your response is to tell everybody to hide in fear?

Whatever.

Loan a weapon, sell a weapon, teach people how to build them... Live free.

They bastards don't need a reason, they'll created one. They can come for any of us, for any excuse, at any time. You are dead already.

this is your wake up call. Have you written to your senator about the BATF yet? Have you demanded that sullivan not be confirmed? I have.

Comment by: gruhn (3/15/2008)
Yes, laws do have intended uses. You'll even hear sponsors crowing about "this bill is intended to go after...." But, you know, some politician's publicly declared intent isn't what gets passed into law. It's the actual words written down. And sometimes those words aren't even in the law "... such that firearm is as defined in Section 1.2.3..." and a few years later they redefine firearm in section 1.2.3 or somebody reads the law and says "Hey, while Sen. Snort claimed this law was only to go after [whatever that means] really really verifiably bad bad people what it actually says is 'anybody we darn well feel like unless they're with government, then they're cool."

Comment by: gruhn (3/15/2008)
The law will be "intended" for lies, written based on "findings" which are clearly not true and enforced by killers who let the courts sort 'em out.

thx 4 linx. I don't inspect vehicle every time I drive..when nannystate.gov expands you must By Definition relinquish liberties. unknowingly selling a faultily braked car, poses much greater danger (& more often) than this ever could or would, and what would be the penalty for that leaky master cylinder?. batf can legalize nasty thujone-free absinthe, for the alcoholics/hemp community, but a clean cut, country-serving and sacrificing family man has the book thrown at him for a Non-crime. When I shoot, set up those el cheapo IR alarms on trail leading to me at multi angles, use mufflers that i cache in forest. Also one fishing line to 12ga blank trip-seismic detectors too expensive. Don't stay long enough for stealth approach thru hvy brush.

Comment by: Deadeye (3/16/2008)
Charelton Hest, I agree with you that "we're all dead". The people hired by our govt. with our extorted taxes are all over those who dare speak up and try to expose their nefarious plan for a one world government. Once you accept that you are dead it's easier to do what needs to be done. May God bless and guide all Patriotic Americans in these tumultuous times as we fight to restore our Constitutional Republic.

I heard a news/commentary talking head this morning, on the Spitzer tyrant's hypocrisy and treachery: "If we're going to have the federal government arresting politicians for PROSTITUTION -- for VICTIMLESS crimes -- there aren't going to be many left to run the government."
1) What would be wrong with many fewer politicians; 2) Wouldn't it be nice if the feds went after them for killing the Constitution instead of just their marriages? 3) What about all the LITTLE PEOPLE who get arrested for exactly that or much less, at the order of politicians doing it too?
One 20-something woman said: "I don't approve of what he did, but I still think he's HOT!"
Dead God.

Comment by: Defender (3/16/2008)
I MEANT "DeaR God." Freudian?

As for this AR case: more terrible public relations for government and the Just-Us system. If we're responsible for EVERYTHING, even things that happen far from our presence and of which we know nothing, maybe we're responsible for NOTHING. Gang members, serial killers, drug importers and dealers, -- federal and local agents themselves when their ops kill or ruin the lives of innocent people -- THEY all feel that way.
We're all dead, it's jus that some of us have been given a timetable. Me, I've been on borrowed time since my mom married my SOB of a stepdad when I was 5.
At my age, I may have 15-20 healthy years left. I WILL live free.

Comment by: Defender (3/16/2008)
This law -- on its face, anyway -- was supposedly intended to keep semi-autos from being intentionally modified to fire full-auto -- a process that takes special parts and precision machining -- to keep full-auto weapons from being provided to criminals for use in crimes. Those who expand it to include the LOAN of a BROKEN rifle for a RANGE TRIP... are tyrants. Remember the names.
And an ARMY RESERVE INSTRUCTOR isn't even trusted with a part-time full-auto? That's just insane. When they send him to Eye-Rack,they'll stick one in his hand, no problem.
I am disgusted.

Comment by: one_freeman (3/16/2008)
MACPistol;

Couldn't agree more. This WAS NOT, by any stretch of the imangination, a jury of his peers. It was a kangaroo court with a sitting jury of moronic sheep who bleeted to the tune of a megalomaniac prosecuter & judge.

 QUOTES TO REMEMBER
There are other things so clearly out of the power of Congress, that the bare recital of them is sufficient, I mean the "...rights of bearing arms for defence, or for killing game..." These things seem to have been inserted among their objections, merely to induce the ignorant to believe that Congress would have a power over such objects and to infer from their being refused a place in the Constitution, their intention to exercise that power to the oppression of the people. —ALEXANDER WHITE (1787)
