| In 2012, homicides in Kern County CA, jumped 87% due to the 10's of 1000s of felons getting out of jail prematurely. Those news stories have been largely "wiped" from cyber space. Since then additional 10's of 1000s of felons have been released. Cali is NOT a civil or safe place to be. Doubtful data coming out of that state is truthful. |
