Libertarian theorist, scholar, and activist Tom Palmer (one of the original plaintiffs in the Second Amendment-vindicating Heller case) discusses a new lawsuit he's a plaintiff in, challenging D.C.'s continuing ban on public carrying of weapons for the purpose of self-defense.
The full text of the legal complaint. It's a pretty direct Second Amendment argument, including that D.C. should not be allowed to forbid non-D.C. residents from carrying a weapon for self-defense in D.C.
Lawyer in the case is super Second Amendment defender Alan Gura, who won Heller and will this year be arguing McDonald v. Chicago before the Supreme Court. A Reason interview from July 2009 with Gura on his post-Heller Second Amendment cases. |

| Isn't in humorous how people are now calling Alan Gura a "super Second Amendment defender." In Heller, he assisted the anti's in turning a right into a privilege. |

| Alan Gura, born in Tel Aviv Israel Jan 2, 1971. Moved with parents to Los Angeles at age 7. Dual citizenship? Before American Patriots deify this lawyer, consider these quotes. "The best way to control the oppositon is to lead it. Lenin" and "By way of deception, thou shalt do war." motto of the Mossad. For those who don't know, Lenin was a Jew and the Mossad is the Israeli spy agency. Like the D.C. case, he is helping to change our RIGHT into a priviledge. Deadeye |

Deadeye,
FYI -- another Jew you should be worried about goes by the name, Yeshua -- better known, here in the West as, Jesus. Yeshua has lineage to the House of David, also know as Zion. Yeshua is the real Elder of Zion.
FYI - "Yeshua" translates as "God Saves". His title, in Greek is "Christ" which means Messiah. Would you scribe against Yeshua because he is Jewish and an elder of Zion? I just want to know how deep your bigotry goes. |

| Good post punch. I'm a little confused though. Are you a Christian, or are you just an expert on Jesus? Lets see, a bigot is someone who is extremely intolerant of anothers creed, belief, or opinion. I think most of my life, I've been to tolerant of those who want to enslave me and my progeny. I speak up now and try to expose their nefarious plot because I'm tired of waiting for someone else to do it. If you think I'm barking up the wrong tree, then point to the right one. You're post did'nt convice me I'm under the wrong tree! Deadeye |

| I'm pretty sure that attaining the age of thirty-something doesn't qualify one as an elder and no one was more critical of the Jewish peoples greed and treachery than Jesus, except of course the Father. I seem to remember something about bewaring of those who say they are Jews but are not, and that most famous anti-Semitic quote about the Synagogue of Satan. It seems bigotry is in the eye of the beholder and truth transcends loyalty. |
