| A fall or a tackle ?!? More than a dozen broken ribs, punctured lung and massive internal bleeding ?? What the hell did he fall off, a cliff ? This sounds more like these tax feeders kicked the hell out of this guy with steel toed shoes. You can't get this kind of injury simply by falling down or being tackled ! Watch a football game, the players ribs are NOT protected with padding and nothing even close to this guys injuries occures. 80 hrs. loss of pay ?!? They should be up for manslaughter at the very least. |

A foot chase ended in a fall or a tackle that broke a dozen ribs which punctured his lung, resulting in death.
If he fell off the fifth floor they should say so, otherwise, it's plain to see that the cops beat him to death. The 'only ones' get an eighty hour suspension for murdering someone while everyone else gets charged with murder. That equals a license to kill with impunity, and the reporter acts as if the cops are just innocent bystanders. |

TO REMEMBER |
| For, in principle, there is no difference between a law prohibiting the wearing of concealed arms, and a law forbidding the wearing such as are exposed; and if the former be unconstitutional, the latter must be so likewise. But it should not be forgotten, that it is not only a part of the right that is secured by the constitution; it is the right entire and complete, as it existed at the adoption of the constitution; and if any portion of that right be impaired, immaterial how small the part may be, and immaterial the order of time at which it be done, it is equally forbidden by the constitution.
