"At the request of State Police Superintendent Rick Fuentes, the head of a State Troopers union today cancelled his campaign to publicize the home addresses of radio personalities who aired postings from a union Web site ..." ...

"Jones was retaliating against the radio hosts for reporting on the air on Tuesday about anonymous postings on a password-protected union Web site that enouraged troopers to harass motorists with a 'ticket blitz' in May."

"Jones said the broadcast led to arguments between motorists and troopers on highway roadsides, creating danger to both troopers and the public."

"'This is where I draw the line,' he said. 'The First Amendment does not give you the right to yell 'Fire' in a crowded theater.'" ...

The Secret Police State Troopers don't like it when they can't do things secretly.

The First Amendment doesn't give me any rights.

Of the rights that I have which the First Amendment emphatically tries to protect is ... the right to yell fire in a crowded theater.

The first amendment doesn't "give" anything. It's an attempt to guarantee/protect something that existed prior to the formation of our "government."
And yes, you DO have the right to yell "FIRE" in a crowded theatre, especially if it IS on fire.

Does anyone know what SOOOPER TROOOPER David Jones's adress and phone # is? It'd be great to post that info here..I'm sure the JBT POS Nazi would just love it!

Predators prefer unsuspecting prey.

It's difficult to maintain an image of moral supremacy when it's being made clear that their authority is being used as a means of self-serving revenue generation.

If someone yells fire in a crowded movie theatre, and I don't see or smell smoke or see any flames, I'll continue to watch the movie. I can't understand how that phrase has been the rally cry for first ammendment violations for years...although it seems to appeal to those sheep that yearn to be lead blindly.

I am suprised morris dees doesn't have this joker and compatiots on his terrorist watchlist.

I love it when a plan comes together to expose *&^% like this.

 QUOTES TO REMEMBER
I have not one doubt, even if I am in agreement with the National Rifle Association, that that kind of record keeping procedure [gun registration] is the first step to eventual confiscation under one administration or another. —CHARLES MORGAN, DIRECTOR, WASHINGTON DC ACLU
