"Reader feedback sections in both the on-line Seattle Times and Seattle Post-Intelligencer editions are loading up with comments (more than 220 in the Times at last count) as the public reacts to Monday afternoon's fatal shooting by a Seattle police officer of a man apparently carrying a knife."

| no video: only the cop and G-d know..3 quick verbal warnings from 27 y.o. officer, probably with gun out and a probable drunk (documented chronic inebriate by age 52). Alot of these old homeless whittle in Pioneer Square. |

If someone approaches me with a weapon in their hand after being told not to, then I'll take it they intend to do me harm.
I wont wait to find out they're drunk & stupid before acting, as that would most likely be too late. |
