"New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg scored a victory for gun control groups when a federal judge issued a ruling on Thursday allowing NYC to sue out-of-state gun dealers. The ruling ... enables the city to proceed with lawsuits against over a dozen out-of-state gun dealers for supposedly contributing to crime in the Big Apple." ...
"Yet anti-Second Amendment groups and individuals ... have always sought to address crime and violence by attacking firearms and the law-abiding citizens who own them."
"It seems that the modus operandi of such gun-grabbers these days is to attack private gun ownership by suing firearms manufacturers and the shops that sell their products, often to the point of forcing them out of business." ... |

| Time may be drawing near when it will become necessary to make a stand of defiance against these arrogant miscreant politicians. Perhaps the first act of defiance against an unjust government will be in defense of one of these business owners. |

| Bloomberg won nothing! Weinberg is - and has been for a very long time - an extreme left-wing liberal activist judge. Bloomberg has Weinberg in his pocket. When you're as wealthy as his lordship King Bloomberg you can buy anything you want. He did: the Weinberg Court. Next purchase? The Nanny-state. |

Ok, here's your big chance KABA and GOA and others, you will note I specifically did not include the for sale NRA.
The big chance is this. Weinstein has declared a link and claimed jurisdiction over citizens of other states and federal districts.
Contact the governors and attorneys general of these states and explain to them just how they have been cuckolded. Encourage them to take advantage of Weinstein's link and issue warrants for Bloomberg and his lieutenants, remand them to the states where he has persecuted law abiding businessmen and put him on trial while the harmed citizens push forward with lawsuits. |

Precisely! Bloomie wants to take it to the courts, so be it. Every pro gun organization should get behind law suits challenging the judge's decision as blatant violations of state sovereignty. Those gun shops were conducting a legal business and if any laws were broken you know BATFE would have had them closed down in that proverbial New York minute. If that fear mongering whore the NRA does not stand up to this then they have yet again made their position clear. Gun control is a cash cow they milk to feather their own nest, nothing more. |

| May I suggest a gun rights organization establish the Roland Freisler Award for Jurisprudence in Service to The State and give the first one to Weinstein. |

revjen, I love your idea. I might even have a wood and brass plaque made up and mail it to him. Or better yet, mail it to him care of a TV station in NY.
"Roland Freisler (October 30, 1893 – February 3, 1945) was a prominent and notorious Nazi German judge. He became State Secretary of Adolf Hitler's Reich Ministry of Justice and President of the Volksgerichtshof, a court set up outside constitutional authority. This court handled political crimes against Adolf Hitler's dictatorial regime." |

At least we have the historical playbook. "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich," among other volumes. We can watch it happen all over again, because the other side learned the lessons of history well. Only difference is, this time there's no charismatic American leader (that anyone's ever heard of; sorry, Ron Paul) to inspire Americans to put their lives on hold for a march into hell to set things right. |

| May I suggest that a gun rights organization use the hard earned money we donate to them and file suit against Bloomberg and Weinstein. Isn't that the reason we donate? |

| I would suggest that EACH of the gun shops mentioned DEMAND a change of venue for their cases. They are NOT in NYS and as such are NOT under sWeinsteins area of responsibility. Maybe they should all just deny ever hearing from this out of control and out of their state court? |
