A relatively factual discussion of what the AWB did and did not accomplish - vote in the poll and leave comments about Constitutionality - the important point that the editorial failed to address

If they have to poll people to see if it was effective, the answer is obviously NO, it wasn't.

I reject the notion that an effective ban would be a good thing. The next logical conclusion would be to pass a more restrictive ban since this one wasn't strong enough. The ban was unconstitutional and wrong and therefore should never be enacted in any shape or form again.

I reject the idea that any ban COULD be EFFECTIVE.
I'm sure most everyone on this site would agree. We all know how effective bans are in Jamaica, England, and elsewhere.
It's just so ***** tough to convince the elitist statists that they're WRONG!!!
