I don't know how this could be the ruling if they never had restrictions for the yearbook when they first signed up and payed, but what do I know.

Apparently only student editors, and of course idiot judges, have first amendment rights. The student had no right to make his point.

Ok, now put a ban on any props used with yearbook pictures and see who screams the loudest.

It is despicable that this could happen in the live free or die state. Government schools are evil.

He should put a picture of his "A$$" in there instead and tell them to kiss it!!!
