This is the predictable result when liberal judges, and legislatures effectively remove all penalties for juvenile crime. If caught, these kids would have received a slap on the wrist and been back on the street the same day. I can only guess that the other juveniles involved in this crime were not arrested and are still committing crimes.
The parents are equally to blame for not installing any morals or values in their kids and not punishing them when they cause trouble in school and commit petty crimes.
It may not be a legal shooting under the law, but it did remove a worthless thief from society and prevent an untold number of future crimes by the miscreant. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any bands of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. — Noah Webster in "An Examination into the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution," 1787, in Paul Ford, ed., Pamphlets on the Constitution of the United States, at p. 56 (New York, 1888). |
