Patrick told him that Obama is "not about a single issue." Valade nodded. But he said, "You have to understand that the Second Amendment is a single issue for a lot of people."
New Hampshire voters can be a stubborn lot, as Patrick saw firsthand yesterday in his first trip to New Hampshire on Obama's behalf since endorsing the Illinois senator last month.
After joining more than 100 Obama supporters on a bus trip from Boston to Nashua, he knocked on the doors of five houses, most chosen by the Obama campaign, and talked - sometimes at length - with the residents inside. |

| The Second Amendment is a single issue that is a gauge of how a politician feels about your basic right to stay alive, yes. |

IF the Governor actually CARED about what was good for America, and NOT the party, he would dump Obama and go support Ron Paul. There's not a nickles worth of difference between ANY on the current candidates...from BOTH parties. Not a one of them supports the Constitution..EXCEPT RON PAUL.
I must say too...I'm seeing RON PAUL signs where none were present a week or two ago. Maybe, just maybe, the people ARE waking up. |

| As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private arms. — Tench Coxe in `Remarks on the First Part of the Amendments to the Federal Constitution' under the Pseudonym "A Pennsylvanian" in the Philadelphia Federal Gazette, June 18, 1789 at 2 col. 1. |
