"As a presidential candidate, Barack Obama deliberately and repeatedly lied to America's 90 million gun owners across the country when he insisted that he would not try to take away anyone's firearms, the [CCRKBA] said today."
"CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb, reacting to yesterday's remarks by Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder that the president will seek to reinstate the ban on semi-automatic firearms, said Obama 'knew he was lying to the nation because his own Web site touted his plan to revive the gun ban and make it permanent.'"
"'We warned America that Obama's 'support' for the Second Amendment was empty rhetoric,' he stated, 'and now Holder's disclosure has confirmed it. Obama was lying, and now gun rights may be dying.'" ... |

You sheeple happy now that this country is heading for a economic breakdown, all out unoppossed communism, tyranny, gun confiscations and very possibly another civil war????
Keep your powder dry. Oh, and buy a gun while you can.
Oh wait. I'm sorry, you can't: there's a huge rush on guns and ammunition and if you don't have what you need, as Harry Callahan once intoned, 'you're s*** outta luck.'

How a politician stands on the Second Amendment tells you how he or she views you as an individual… as a trustworthy and productive citizen, or as part of an unruly crowd that needs to be lorded over, controlled, supervised, and taken care of. Suzanna Gratia Hupp.

Of course he lied. All of us here pretty much knew it. We just didn't know when he was going to prove us right. He's a liar. Over 50% of American's voted in an African/Indonesian liar as President. It makes me sick to my stomach.
As its been said here before, I guess I am glad that it is happening now instead of later. I am still able (always willing). Better you and me, now, than our children later. I pledge to my family, kids, friends, neighbors and fellow citizens that I will disobey any un-Constitutional law. If there is no grandfather clause, I am sure I will be forced defend my rights by force. Take my word that I will defend yours also, if I am able. We brothers need 2 stand together and do what is right, no matter what the cost. |

The Second Amendment is LAW
(2/27/2009)
|
The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States stands as a Declaration of a ’Right’ not only held by all American Freemen prior to the fashioning of the newly-formed Federal government of the United States, but predates all forms of American government. The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the Unites States stands as a further Restrictive clause on already limited powers granted by the people to persons occupying positions within and acting on behalf of the Federal government. The Second Amendment is in fact, a written LAW prohibiting those within and acting on behalf of the Federal government from any act which in any manner can be construed as an infringement on the ‘Right’ of the people to keep and bear Arms.

| So, Alan Gottlieb, how is this news, exactly? During the primary season, when the Dem nomination was still in doubt, I posted here and other places, that Obama talked out of both sides of his mouth, re the 2A. |

Purpose and Intent
(2/27/2009)
|
The majority of State Constitutions have written provisions specifying it to be a ‘Right’ of the Citizens to keep and bear Arms--expressed in nearly every manner possible--for exactly the same purpose and intent for enumerating the 'Right' of the people to keep and bear Arms in the U.S. Constitution.
As Declarations of a specific ‘Right’ and further specified limitations on powers afforded to the State by consent of the people.
Declarations of ‘Rights’ in Constitutions stand as LAWS written into legally-binding Contracts / Compacts between the Citizens and government. Actions on the part of persons in government in violation of the terms of the Contract are in fact violations of LAWS written specifically to prohibit such acts.

Constitutionally, Morally & Ethically Bound
(2/27/2009)
|
‘Americans’ have been Keeping and Bearing Arms since the first Colonists from Great Britain in the 1600’s brought Arms with them and immediately upon arrival to the shores of this continent formed from among themselves an Armed Militia for their Defense.
Not only are those persons within and acting on behalf of government CONSTITUTIONALLY PROHIBITED BY LAW from in any manner infringing on the ‘Right’ of the people to Keep and Bear Arms, they are likewise bound Morally and Ethically to not interfere with American Citizens in fulfilling their Moral obligations and Duties to provide themselves with Arms for Defense of Self, Family, Others, Property, Possessions, State and Nation as necessary.

Morality is the Issue
(2/27/2009)
|
Among the many reasons for specifying prohibitions on government from interfering with the Moral obligations and Duty of American Citizens to Keep and Bear Arms was to eliminate the potential for a Military overthrow of the Civilian government, and that The People would always retain the power to alter or abolish altogether an Immoral government. A government which would enact laws making it a criminal offense for American Citizens to Keep and Bear the same Arms that Criminals and those in government would freely use against them is an Immoral government.

TO REMEMBER |
| The congress of the United States possesses no power to regulate, or interfere with the domestic concerns, or police of any state: it belongs not to them to establish any rules respecting the rights of property; nor will the constitution permit any prohibition of arms to the people; or of peaceable assemblies by them, for any purposes whatsoever, and in any number, whenever they may see occasion. —ST.
