America Online - It's Even Uglier Than I Thought

Switch Your Internet Access to a Company That Supports Your Rights

Much has been passed around the internet these last few weeks about America Online's policy prohibiting all websites relating to guns from being "allowed" on their servers. Lisa Dean covered the issue well in her article entitled AOL Censors Out Second Amendment Rights. The Director of our gun-friendly Doctor's group, Dr. Bill Rogers, followed up with his Adios, AOL to express his own commitment to Liberty. Then Dennis Jackson put his cards on the table in AOL and Beyond.

But AOL's anti-freedom measures go much farther than merely prohibiting you from having a gun-related website on their servers. These folks take their members' monies to fund Marxism in America, currently being perpetrated by the Democrat Party.

A few examples of where AOL spends its members' monthly internet access fees

On September 27, 1999, AOL gave the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee $20,000. (proof) That money must not have done the trick, because they gave these same anti-self-defense folks another $25,000 on May 26, 2000. (proof)
On October 29, 1999, AOL gave $7,000 to the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee. (proof) On that same day, with another check, AOL gave these people who want your guns another $10,000. (proof)
On October 8, 1999, AOL gave the New Democrat Network $1,000. (proof) Then on June 7, 2000, AOL gave these same constitution haters another $4,000. (proof) Then they followed up with a third liberty-choking check in the amount of $2,500 on June 28, 2000. (proof)

One of our members urged me last week to delete every AOL email address on any of our distribution lists. I declined, explaining that there are some people in remote areas for whom AOL may be the only option for logging onto the internet. But I understand his outrage when I stop and consider the fact that gun owners are funding the Democrat-Socialists of America.

What really bugs me is the fact that - while AOL is giving its members' monthly fees to help disarm the American people - we at KeepAndBearArms.com are offering Internet Dialup Service so we can simply make ends meet and hire some real help so we can build this grassroots effort, and very few have joined our Internet Dialup Service.

I guess our priorities are just different. We'll keep working every waking hour in lieu of our own personal lives to keep serving up empowering information - to gun owners who fund the Democratic takeover of America - and see how long we can last while money that could help us survive and then grow gets used to empower criminals through disarmament laws pushed by the Democrat-Socialists of America.

If anyone who is within the reach of our Internet Dialup Service but prefers to stick with AOL can please explain this to me, I'd really like to understand your thinking - so I can stop being mad at you. Put your thoughts right here.
