Instructions for Picketers
Picket Sign Masters
These are 19"×24" sign masters in PDF form. For a professional-looking sign, you can take this file to a copy shop and get a full-size print of whichever sign you prefer. Then obtain a standard piece of "foam-core" board from an office supply store or a WalMart, and spray-mount your print to it (or ask the copy shop to mount it for you). The result is a stiff, light sign you can hold all day.
[We've been told by one of our volunteers that Kinkos can make an 18"×24" sign (a standard size paper for them, and our artwork will fit fine) on white or colored paper for only $5, plus another $12 if you want them to mount it on foam-core for you.]
If this is too much trouble or expense for you, you can use a marker on foam-core, or whatever you wish. Make sure the result is visible from far off. Please use one of the two slogans in the master file.
