Think of one person you know who doesn't own guns. Call that person, today.
Ask them to come shooting with you some time in the next couple of weeks. Tell
them it's fun, they'll enjoy it, and let them respond. Some type of conversation
will ensue.
Coming from a place of "I just want to go out and show you how much fun
my sport is, strictly from an enjoyment perspective." Let the conversation
be easy and natural.
If you strike out, ask them if they might be open to it at a later date, and
if they are, make a physical note on your calendar to call them back.
You can easily do this in 5 minutes, and you may just win a new shooter to
the fine art of marksmanship.
