A DECLARATION OF INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY

When in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one individual to dissolve the political bands which have connected him with a government, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station as an individual to which the Laws of Nature entitle him, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that he should declare the causes which impel him to the Separation.

I hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their birth with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness-That to secure these Rights, and live Free among all Men, each individual must adhere to the Law of Nonaggression against others, and submit to Arbitration under Principles of Objective Law to settle disputes, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of an Individual to alter or abolish it, and to institute a new Social Structure, without Government, laying its Foundations on such Principles, and organizing its Form, as to him shall seem most likely to effect his Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Government long established should not be abolished for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Individuals are more disposed to suffer while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce him under absolute Despotism, it is his Right, it is his Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for his future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of this individual; and such is now the Necessity which constrains him to abolish his former Systems of Government. The History of the former and present Presidents, Senators, Representatives, and Supreme Court Judges of the United States of America is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over all individuals within their domain. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.

The President routinely Usurps the power of Congress by declaring, without their consent, war upon the various peoples of the world.

They deprive people of their property and livelihood by declaring animals and plants to have more Rights that individuals.

They establish departments and agencies of government that are not provided for in the Constitution, and which are not held accountable to anyone for the thousands of arbitrary edicts they inflict upon the people.

The Congress passes, and the President signs, laws they know to be unconstitutional, and against the natural rights of man, in order to enslave ,and retain absolute power over the people. The Supreme Court acquiesces by not challenging these unconstitutional laws.

Through legalized theft, taxation, they steal enormous sums of money from the productive and transfer it to the parasites, themselves included, whose only claim to the money is that they need it.

Through campaign finance laws they cancel the First Amendment right of the people to Free Speech.

They have interpreted the Commerce Clause as a generalized grant of power to exercise absolute control over all aspects of an Individual's life, thereby effectively abolishing the individual States and enslaving the People.

By enacting over 20,000 gun laws nation wide, they infringe upon the absolute Second Amendment right of the people to keep and bear arms, which prevents individuals from defending themselves against the criminal element, and which is the last line of defense against a Tyrannical Government.

The Federal Courts and Supreme Court have routinely written new laws, which is the province of the Congress, that trample the rights of the majority to redress some imagined wrong of a small minority.

They have shifted the meaning of the Constitution from placing absolute limits on the scope and powers of government, to one that places limits on the freedom of individuals.

They have corrupted the meaning of "promote the general Welfare" to mean the welfare of the favored few at the expense of everyone else.

They pervert the concept of Law by enacting over 8,000,000 laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, and then declaring that ignorance of the law is no excuse when arrested.

They accuse and prosecute successful and profitable companies for being a monopoly, when the only way a monopoly can be formed is with the consent and backing of a corrupt government.

They have turned our public schools into armed concentration camps, while at the same time their philosophy of education has stifled and arrested the very minds of those they are to teach, because thinking independent minds are a threat to the power of the State.

Through the establishment of the Federal Reserve System, confiscation of everyone's gold, the use of fiat money, and inflation of the fiat money supply, they deliberately erode the purchasing power of our hard earned money, preventing people from saving for their future, thereby making them completely dependent upon the State.

They routinely intimidate and murder any individual or group that attempts to question the absolute authority of the State.

They force individuals seeking freedom in our land to return to torture or death at the hands of their own governments.

They have remained silent to the slaughter of over 200,000,000 individuals by their own governments in the past century to shore up the evil concept that a sovereign nation has the right to dispose of it's people in any way it sees fit. 

They support and defend the United Nations whose only goal in complete and absolute tyranny over all the nations and individuals of the world.

They consider themselves above the law and morality, and when accused of any crime or wrongdoing, they use the full power of the State to destroy their accusers and escape punishment.

They require that every individual taking the Oath to become a citizen declare themselves to be slaves of the State having no individual rights whatsoever.

They routinely confiscate money and property from law abiding individuals who have committed no crimes and are never arrested.

In every stage of these Oppressions I have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: My repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury. A Government, whose Charter is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyranny, is unfit to be the ruler of a free People.

Nor have I been wanting in Attentions to my Government. I have warned them from Time to Time of Attempts by their Legislative, Judicial, and Executive Branches to extend an unwarrantable Jurisdiction over me. I have appealed to their native Justice and Magnanimity, and I have conjured them by the ties of our common Kindred to disavow these Usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our Connections and Correspondence. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. I must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as I hold the rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace, Friends.

I, therefore, appealing to the Supreme Judge of Reality for the Rectitude of my Intentions, do, in my Name, and by my Authority, solemnly Publish and Declare, That I am, and of Right ought to be, Free and Independent, that I am absolved from all Allegiance to the government of the United States of America, and that all political Connections between myself and the government of the United States of America is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as a Free and Independent Individual, I have the full Power to live in Freedom among my fellow man, neither aggressing against the other. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm Reliance on Objective Reality, I pledge my life, my Fortune, and my sacred Honor.
