Dear Arizona Activist,
If you could help expose a lying, oath-breaking judge, would you do it?
If you had evidence that a "Justice of the Peace" lied through the
willing mass media and may even have invented information altogether in order to
press an anti-gun political agenda, would you make a couple of very quick phone
calls to help flush him out?
Great. Scan this very quickly and pick up your phone. This one will be fast,
fun and easy.
Your making a single phone call today and pressing a certain issue with a
certain Arizona Justice of the Peace would not only be greatly appreciated but
could prove amply rewarding once we get that lone piece of information from this
certain misguided judge.
WE NEED TO KNOW A COURT CASE NUMBER.
OR WE NEED TO KNOW A DEFENDANT'S NAME.
And the Judge doesn't seem to want to give us this information even though he
has now been asked at least three times, including once in person.

Justice of the Peace Quentin Tolby (Glendale precinct, Arizona) published an
editorial in the August 8th edition of Arizona's largest newspaper -- The

And in that editorial, he did all of the following:
1) Judge Tolby lied publicly:
• "CCW must have gun in open", not true
• Wrongly said an Arizona citizen cannot have a loaded firearm easily
accessible in a car without permit (AZ Const., Art.2, Sec.26)
2) Judge Tolby abused his stature for purely political reasons:
• promoted the anti-gun lie that "guns create problems"
• promoted the anti-gun lie that "carrying a gun puts you and your
family at risk"
• implied that "guns are bad"
• implied, slanderously, that "gun owners are dangerous"
• put personal, biased opinion above fact, reason, constitutional rights and
his oath to protect them
3) Judge Tolby proved himself to be partial and one-sided on the gun issue
beyond reason, even going so far as to make a claim about guns that has never
once been proven, not since the first gun was invented centuries ago: that
"guns cause problems." Guns don't "cause" anything; they are
inanimate objects.
4) Judge Tolby encouraged peace officers to violate citizens' rights:
• by convicting wrongfully
• by promoting his so doing
• by saying something that is legal is illegal
5) Judge Tolby instilled unnatural and unnecessary fear in gun owners:
• wrongful conviction was praised and held up high in the media
• left gun owners thinking "Glendale JOP ignores my constitutional
rights."
• by publicly lying, oath-breaking in an almost braggadocio manner

Please be so kind as to pick up your telephone during normal business hours
and call Judge Tolby's office.
Insist upon the following information:
1) The name of the defendant of which he wrote in the largest newspaper in
the state
2) The case number of the case he discussed in the largest newspaper in the
state

The first time you call, press "0" and politely explain to the
clerk that you need the above information immediately. Don't rush yourself; be
sure your concerns are heard clearly and specifically.
Then, be sure to call back and leave a message in Judge Tolby's voice
mailbox: Ext. 208.
It would actually be much better if you'd call twice, but if you're only
going to call once, make sure you speak to the clerk. If the alleged case Judge
Tolby described ever happened at all, perhaps she'll press him to finally cough
up the information.
There are quite a few of us who have reason to believe that Judge Tolby
invented the entire story to promote his anti-gun agenda. And we'd just love to
find out for sure. Wouldn't you?
