SECOND AMENDMENT SISTERS TO SPEAK AT UNITED NATIONS PROTEST RALLY TO SUPPORT OUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS
Second Amendment Sisters (SAS) will have representatives from their organization speaking at the UN Protest Rally on Saturday June 14th at the Dag Hammarskjold Plaza in New York City. TRT-New York is organizing the Rally, running from 12 noon until 4pm.
The United Nations is holding the "Conference on the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All its Aspects" from July 9 – 20 in New York City.
Speaking at the Protest Rally in support of our Second Amendment Rights will be Rodi Bestider, SAS Lehigh Valley, PA Chapter Coordinator and an immigrant from Romania. She will relate her experiences growing up in a communist country where gun ownership (our 2nd Amendment Right) was not allowed, and people disappeared in the middle of the night for speaking out (our 1st Amendment Right).
Also speaking will be Maria Heil, National Press Coordinator / Spokesperson for SAS and mother of four.
