RE: KABA ISP IS SHUTTING DOWN

April 14, 2002

Dear KABA ISP Subscriber,

We at KeepAndBearArms.com sincerely thank you for subscribing to KABA's ISP Service. We had hoped to attract enough pro-2nd-Amendment, pro-constitution, pro-liberty-minded ISP subscribers to bring in some much needed financial support for the KABA web site.

Unfortunately, after more than a year the KABA ISP has less than 100 subscribers. We have never had more than 100 ISP subscribers at any one time even though we had nearly 50 commitments before we signed a contract with our ISP provision company.

The numbers apparently just aren't there for KABA's ISP service to be a viable venture. Between all of the many time-consuming problems we've had in attempting to convert AOL accounts to KABA accounts and the numerous issues of having purchased our ISP services from third parties over whom we have no control, it's been a tremendous strain with a minimal return. Much of the KABA ISP staff is completely volunteer -- even so this still hasn't been enough to make the ISP service viable.

It is with disappointment that we at KeepAndBearArms.com write to inform you that in the very near future the KABA ISP service will be discontinued. Final date of service is projected to be May 24, 2002.

We regret and apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause you. We ask that you please begin to look for another Internet Service Provider as soon as possible to assure that you maintain access to the web seamlessly.

Your free email account, for the time being, will still be active and available via the web by logging in from the upper right side of our home page.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Last date billings were done on 4-10-02.

Any customer due for billing 4-11-02 or after has not been billed.

Accounting@KeepAndBearArms.com needs to be notified of the date you transfer to another ISP. At that time we can do a pro-rated charge to your account -- if any such charge is due. You must notify Accounting at the above email address, or we will do a full billing. As refunds are expensive and time-consuming, we are giving ample notice in hopes of avoiding them. Prepaid subscribers will be refunded on a pro-rated basis upon request. Any who wish to simply donate any such refund will be appreciated, of course, and all such fair requests will be honored, as well.

Please also note that we will be charged a full month's service even if you only use the service ONE DAY during either the month of April or May, by our service provider, regardless of when you cancel service -- in case that has any bearing on whether or not you continue until we complete our contract with our ISP provider.

Thank you,

KeepAndBearArms.com
