Declaration of Sovereignty, Independence, and Allegiance
The Arkansas Republic


Sovereignty

The men and women of The Arkansas Republic declare to all the world that individual sovereignty is the result of their Creator, Almighty God, the Supreme Sovereign over the Universe, and by birthright are free and independent, claiming the right of self-government with the attendant consequences for their own actions;

that human life is a precious gift from God who has entrusted each one with the responsibility of protecting, developing, and achieving the highest potential individual faculties allow according to one's own efforts, not at someone else's expense, and do accept the individual responsibility of their own existence and continuance in peace and happiness;

that in order for life to run its appointed course by pursuing their individual happiness-liberty and property are also gifts from God, preceded, are superior to, and immune from all human legislation outside Absolute Common Law known as the Ten Commandments, with the exception of just laws for the protection of Life, Liberty, Property, sanctity of Contract, unencumbered Inheritance, and Reputation;

that the sovereign men and women of The Arkansas Republic are not the creation of any legislature, any judiciary, or any man-made statute/law - therefore, are not subject to any human authority and legal fiction, venue and jurisdiction without their consent, by force, by fraud, by deceit, by unrevealed contract, or any other manner;

that the family is the fundamental unit of government with the duty and responsibility of caring for the health, education, well-being and welfare of their children and elderly;

that each individual has a natural right from God to lawfully defend the three basic requirements of life - his/her person, liberty, and property which are mutually inclusive - even by force if necessary;

that any collective right of lawful defense derives from, depends upon, and acts as a substitute for the individual's right of lawful defense in which a group of men/women have the unalienable natural right to organize and support a common force to protect these rights constantly - the foundation of all just law upon which justice depends and is the basis of a just government - a government of law protecting the natural rights of each individual (True Republic); not a tyranny of simple majority acting on whim (Democracy), not an Oligarchy of Elites (Socialism), and certainly not a Monarchy (Divine Right of Kings) nor any International Organization.


Independence

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, that to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future.

Such has been the patient sufferance of several generations of native Americans; and such is now the necessity which constrains us to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present Federal government is a history of repeated injuries, and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny of totalitarianism over the people. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

It has written a Constitution in the form of a corporate charter, without authority, by lawyers, in secret, excluding any form of participation by common people, and with no substantive separation of powers or accountability except to themselves.

It has, by those lawyers, not allowed the peoples' Bill of Rights to preface the said Constitution, nor allow ratification by the common people.

It has allowed privileged bar association members to pervade and control all three branches of government to the utter detriment and injury of the people.

It has bound the people to unconscionable treaties, agreements, alliances, and delivered vast amounts of their extorted treasure to corrupt foreign powers and dictators without their knowledge or consent. 

It has violated said Constitution and the people's trust by giving away the power to coin money, regulate the value thereof, control the money supply at will, and creation of credit, to a private banking cartel controlled by foreigners with tax exemption, thereby allowing the people's real wealth to be confiscated and replaced with debt money fiat currency of no backing and redeemable in nothing.

It has grossly exceeded its constitutional delegated authority in creating a multitude of federal crimes outside their enumerated powers and in violation of Articles IX and X of the Bill of Rights. 

It has utterly destroyed the said Constitution's Bill of Rights for the people's protection, turned the Rule of Law into judicial tyranny and extortion, sent forth Federal troops to murder innocent women and children in their church with impunity, incarcerated many thousands for victimless crimes, and turned prisons into slave labor camps for private profit.

It has absolutely subverted the people's unalienable fundamental right of lawful self-defense in violation of their constitutions with the intent of totally disarming the entire population. 

It has permitted and funded the mass-murder of human life in the womb.

It has permitted the testing of biological warfare agents on the people without their knowledge and consent, and allowed poisons in the drinking water and food supply of the people for corporate profit.

It has allowed large phamaceutical interests to monopolize medical and health care education, treatment, and practitioners.

It has abandoned our prisoners-of-war after the conclusion of hostilities.

It has denied proper treatment to our military veterans and engaged in cover-ups of the true nature of their suffering and deaths. 

It has federalized the several states usurping their sovereignty, forcing federal citizenship on native-born Americans outside of its constitutional jurisdiction, thereby negating their sufferage in state and local elections.

It has concealed the bankruptcy of the United States from the people, with themselves and their private assets, the public lands and natural resources being made collateral for the debt to foreign interests.

It has ruled the people under emergency and war powers during peace, named them the enemy, thereby abandoned the Constitution and conferred upon the Executive dictatorial powers.
The Executive has obstructed the Administration of Justice, made judges dependent on his Will alone, erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat out their substance.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended legislation, thereby surrendering national sovereignty to foreign organizations and interests:

For installing a large militarily armed federal police force that has conducted unlawful entries to our homes and murdered innocent people and children with impunity, and used our military for civilian law enforcement:

For installing a large intelligence bureaucracy to invade and trespass our fundamental right of privacy, and track every facet of our daily lives, thereby mandating a universal identifier number to sustain our very lives:

For issuing Executive Orders and secret Presidential Decision Directives as though properly legislated with no challenge from Congress, taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For quartering large bodies of foreign mercenaries among us to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy of the Head of a civilized nation:

For sending forth our military forces to a hundred foreign nations with no strategic importance or direct threat, and demanding them to pledge their allegiance and wear the uniform and insignia of a foreign power, thereby leaving our people unprotected:

For dismantling our military and selling our military secrets to hostile foreign powers, thereby rendering our people defenseless:

For installing a massive secret net work of illicit drug trade, thereby creating havoc on our nation, and opened our borders to invasion by millions of illegal aliens to the detriment of our people:

For using legislatures and mainstream media to destroy the morals and ethics of our Christian heritage, and subvert the minds of our children in government mandated school programs through teacher labor unions:

For making war on sovereign nations, thereby wreaking death and destruction on civilian populations outside of Constitutional authority.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Dictator or Oligarchy, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free People.

Nor have We been wanting in attention to our American brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our forbears emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.


Allegiance

We, therefore, the men and women of The Arkansas Republic appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, by their own sovereignty, solemnly publish and declare, That these men and women are, and of Right and Necessity ought to be Free and Independent, to live in Peace unmolested; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the de facto corporate federal government known as United States and its subsidiary de facto corporate state government known as the State of Arkansas or any like state, and that all political connection and corporate relation between them and the said entities, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent sovereign men and women, they have full Power to organize a Temporary Provisional Government known as The Arkansas Republic, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent People may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

DONE under our hands, at Washington County, Arkansas, on the sixth day of November, in the Year of our Lord two thousand.
