TACOMA -- A robbery suspect picks the wrong victim and winds up wounded.

Tacoma police say the suspect was shot in the arm by his intended victim Monday night in the Hilltop neighborhood.

Officers found the would-be thief after following a trail of blood to a nearby Safeway store.
