will not be flying again until I know my pilot is armed.
Why you would trust a pilot with a
multi-million dollar aircraft with which he could kill thousands of people but
not with a simple handgun is beyond me -- it makes no sense. I have read
all the reasons people are giving to prevent pilots from having guns, and none
of them -- NONE -- hold water.
Again, if you want my business, arm the
pilots who fly for your airline. Otherwise, goodbye.

THAN SKY MARSHALS
Dear Airline,
I write to you today to give you a choice:
arm pilots, or our relationship is over.
The people who tell us that a pilot would
have his gun taken by a terrorist but who expect us to think a Sky Marshal is
a master of weapons retention are absurd. A pilot protecting his/her cockpit
would find dispatching a terrorist like shooting fish in a barrel. The same
airplane-safe ammunition Sky Marshals would be using can be given to pilots. A
pilot who can handle a multi-million dollar airplane can handle a revolver
just fine.
End the insanity by arming pilots, or say
goodbye to any future business from me.
