What's with you?
What ever happened to a presumption of
innocence? What does a cop's statement have anything to do with the presumption
of innocence? Is a cop above lying? I think not. Many sit and rot in jails over
perjured testimony of cops.
You need a civics lesson, judge.
What part of the Constitution has you so
baffled that you deny a citizen the right to protect themselves, permit or no
permit? I don't recall anything in the Constitution or Bill of Rights that
requires a permit to exercise a right. In fact, what part of "shall not
infringe" has you equally baffled?
You have no apparent qualifications that I can
see to judge anyone against the Constitution you swore to uphold when you took
office. Perhaps you should take up a different line of work.
