LAKE WALES, FLORIDA -- A homeowner shot a suspected burglar Sunday morning, wounding him three times.
William Losh of Babson Park owns the weekend home at 3840 Possum Trail, and showed up there shortly after 11 a.m. to

Burk was taken to Lakeland Regional Medical Center, his injuries serious, Shanley said.
No charges were filed against Losh.
