Subject: New "anti-terrorist" legislation
Dear Congressman Sensenbrenner:
Any proposed legislation that doesn't
pass the Bill of Rights test, is illegal, hence invalid. As Chairman of the
House Judiciary Committee, you are by your oath of office bound to follow this
Constitutional limitation of government powers by which all laws must be measured
against and based upon. Now, more than ever, this concept must be the primary
arbiter of whether a new law may even be submitted to either house of Congress.
Any legislation not in accordance
with the Bill of Rights, of which far too many already exist much to our shame,
is also a direct insult to the blood that has been shed to protect this pivotal
document. While you're at it, ALL so-called "gun control" laws, which
are patently in direct contravention of the 2nd "Amendment" (sic)
despite lying re-interpretation, re-definition, and contemptuous dismissal of
it's meaning, MUST be repealed with a single unambiguous incontrovertible bill.
