"Travale Henson had been indicted in connection with a May 14 shooting with Keethan Harnage outside a birthday party on Avalon Street. A bullet from Harnage's gun left 15-year-old Sierra Foster of Longview dead."

"Prosecutors argued in a motion to dismiss that an investigation proved Henson fired two shots at Harnage in self-defense after Harnage 'began firing wildly' at him. Judge David Brabham of the 188th District Court signed the order to dismiss April 5." ...

With the discovery of eight bodies and the possibility of a biker gang war looming, I can only imagine the Liberal government's course of action here.

When drug-dealing gangs were killing each other in Toronto, the answer was the confiscation of target shooting pistols, owned legally. With bikers duking it out, are tough new motorcycle licensing laws about to be introduced?

Two Kitchener men and a Waterloo woman have been charged with a long list of offences after being found in a stolen car with a variety of weapons.

The car was stolen from the Mitchell Animal Hospital on Gage Avenue on Tuesday afternoon, and located a few hours later at Conestoga Mall, said Staff Sgt. Sandy Shantz.

Two men, 31 and 47, and a 25-year-old woman were arrested at the scene. Police seized a knapsack containing a 22-calibre sawed-off rifle with a round in the chamber.

Officers also seized break-in tools, bear mace, a large knife and stolen liquor. All three face charges including theft, possession of stolen property and a variety of weapons offences.
