Beginning Jan. 1, 2025 in Colorado, handgun owners who store sidearms in their unoccupied vehicles must put them in a locked, hard-sided container out of plain sight, while people storing long guns in cars can put them in soft-sided cases so long as there is some kind of locking device on the gun. |

Media scream, "Too many people have guns!" Second Amendment activist Maj Toure says more people should carry guns. "Everybody should be walking around," he says in my new video, "like, 'Oh man, I left my gun in the house. Let me go back and get it.' It should be as normal as a cellphone."

When I took delivery of the new Model 29 revolver at Reeves Ace hardware in Clayton, Georgia it was obvious that Smith and Wesson had taken great pride in this gun.
I feel confident in saying that this revolver represents the finest work that Smith and Wesson is capable of. The fit and finish was beautiful to behold and the trigger pull was a dream. Measured with a Lyman mechanical trigger pull gauge from Brownell’s Gunsmithing Supplies the single action pull was 5 pounds and the double action was 13 ¼ pounds. |

Our resolution for 2025 is the same as it has always been: to continue the fight for Second Amendment rights. The sad truth is that there are hundreds of civil rights organizations in the U.S. that ceaselessly fight for every conceivable human right, except the one they don't like. Even though the right to keep and bear arms is enumerated in the Constitution, well-funded groups such as the ACLU, NAACP, and others completely ignore, or even work against, the Second Amendment. |

Regularly smoking weed does not necessarily void a person’s Second Amendment rights, according to a new ruling by a federal judge in Texas. On Monday, US District Judge David Briones dismissed a criminal indictment against an El Paso man caught with multiple bags of marijuana and firearms in his home. He determined that the Government couldn’t prove the man was high at the time of his arrest. Therefore, his prosecution represented an unconstitutional application of the federal law that bans drug users from owning firearms. |
