When introducing a new pistol line, manufacturers often like to put forth a full-size initial offering before releasing something for the CCW crowd. Such was the case with CZ-USA when it introduced the P-10 C, its first polymer-frame, striker-fired pistol in a “middle-of-the-road” compact size. Over time, CZ would move on to also offer both smaller and larger versions of this fantastic polymer platform before eventually offering its smallest to date, the P-10 M evaluated here. |

Although we still haven’t climbed out of the ammo shortage, there’s good news if you hunt with a .308—many retailers have a variety of .308 hunting ammo available. The previous ammo shortages hit the .223 and .308 ammo stocks hard, while having less effect on stalwart hunting cartridges like the .30/06 and .30/30. This time, it seems that manufacturers have been able to stay on top of .308 hunting ammo production and hunters at least have something to buy.

The anti-gun activists at The Trace – the propaganda arm of former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg’s vast anti-gun empire – have created a new bogeyman for their ongoing war against our gun rights: Killer Gas Stations.
In a story published Monday titled “Gas Stations Become a Magnet for Violence in Philadelphia,” the author would have you hold your breath, suspend all disbelief and actually accept that mom-and-pop gas stations somehow play a role in the escalating gang violence sweeping the city, even though the author’s own data does not support such a claim.

The 7mm Remington Magnum is one of the most popular magnum cartridges in current production. Versatile and dependable, this old-school cartridge managed to overcome the American shooter’s aversion to the metric with its incredible long-distance ballistic capabilities.
However, the 7mm Rem Mag has been around for a long time (since 1962 to be exact), and the wheels of ammunition innovation haven’t stopped turning. Could a newer long-range ballistic superstar dethrone this popular old-timer? |

Nearly two dozen guns were stolen from an Oak Forest gun shop, adding to the alarming number of firearms within the criminal element and contributing to the vicious cycle of violence plaguing the Chicagoland region. The disturbing reality is only exacerbated by liberal politicians hampering law-abiding citizens with strict anti-gun policy, as public safety decays
The suspects used a stolen car to smash into the shop before taking off. CBS 2's Marissa Perlman found out this wasn't the first time guns have been stolen from the shop.

During my writing career, I obsessed over a genre of firearm to the point my editors became frustrated. It was because I studied those rifles so deeply, handloaded for them so avidly and shot them so much I didn’t want to write about anything else. |
