The Senate State Affairs Committee passed a bill Monday that would allow people to conceal carry weapons on the state’s public college campuses.
Specifically, Senate Bill 100 prohibits the Board of Regents and Board of Technical Education and its institutions from restricting or limiting the lawful carrying, possession, storage or transportation of concealed pistols, stun guns, mace or pepper spray in its buildings or on its campuses. |
