Revolvers hold a special place in the world of firearms. Their simplicity, reliability, and timeless design have made them a favorite for self-defense, target shooting, and collecting. Unlike semi-automatics, revolvers don’t rely on magazine-fed systems or complex mechanisms, making them one of the most foolproof firearms available. |

Don’t panic. TTAG is not using A.I. to write anything. Instead, we want to teach you how to spot A.I.-created content.
The gun industry is rife with artificial intelligence-created content, from various articles to full-on Youtube channels. There is so much computer-created slop it gets overwhelming. I actually avoided most of this by sticking to sources I trust. |

My first "real" gun was a Ruger 10/22, which shoots 22 long rifle, while my first concealed carry pistol was a Smith & Wesson 9mm Shield.
My grandfather owns a varmint gun chambered in 22 Mag, which we often shot growing up. |

In a move that shocked Second Amendment scholars and gun rights advocates alike, U.S. District Judge Edgardo Ramos upheld New York’s ban on stun guns and tasers in Calce v. City of New York, ruling that these non-lethal weapons are not protected under the Second Amendment. The decision came despite a growing body of precedent from courts across the country that have struck down similar bans. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them. — Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States; With a Preliminary Review of the Constitutional History of the Colonies and States before the Adoption of the Constitution [Boston, 1833]. |
