The link is to an EPA document that details the new rules that state that a company that uses more than 10,000 lbs. of lead annualy now must make reports if they use more than 100 lbs. annualy. This COULD be a backdoor for the EPA to start making regulations towards ammounition companies. Farfetched? Possibly. But we, as an embattled group of Rights Defenders MUST be on the lookout for every possible camel nose coming into the tent. I hope I'm wrong. |

The Anti-HCI site and CPHV.com are two websites that counter the lies of the official HCI and CPHV sites. Recently, HCI has demanded that the owner of these sites give up their rights to them.
Liberty Watch Inc., is joining the fight against HCI and their team of litigators. Read the Liberty Watch Newsletter for up-to-date information: http://www.handguncontrol.net/Common_Sense/index.htm
This is a fight that is worthy of our best effort. The enemy has been met, let the battle be joined!

| QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
| As an individual, I believe, very strongly, that handguns should be banned and that there should be stringent, effective control of other firearms. However, as a judge, I know full well that the question of whether handguns can be sold is a political one, not an issue of products liability law, and that this is a matter for the legislatures, not the courts. The unconventional theories advanced in this case (and others) are totally without merit, a misuse of products liability laws. — Judge Buchmeyer, Patterson v. Gesellschaft, 1206 F.Supp. 1206, 1216 (N.D. Tex. 1985) |
