With Donald Trump taking office on January 20, what’s the outlook for the Second Amendment and American citizens' gun rights? The Second Amendment is, after all, an express, unalienable, natural right. It’s not an emanation of a penumbra, not a second class right, it’s the real deal, and in Bruen (2022), the Supreme Court made that clear. |

The rise of ghost guns has sparked debates about gun control, public safety, and technological advancements in firearms production, especially with the advent of 3D printing technology. A "ghost gun" is a term used to describe a firearm that is manufactured without serial numbers or identifying marks, making it untraceable by law enforcement. These guns are often assembled by individuals using kits or parts that are legally available for purchase, including online. Anyone with the skill, readily available tech, and desire can build one. That should scare the hell out of you. |

The Beretta M1934 is probably one of the coolest LE trade-in handguns that you have never heard of. We see lots of Glocks, Smith & Wessons, SIG Sauers, and other brands cycle through the police trade-in market, so these handguns stood out. Our most recent batch of LE trade-ins included a shipment of M1934 pistols chambered in .380 ACP, manufactured by the oldest firearm company in the world. |

As gun owners, we are used to reading stoies about this rich leftist donor or that wealthy celebrity making donations to groups that purport to perform non-partiisan gun research only to mill out anti-gun rhetoric masked as research. But the recently created Firearms Research Center (FRC) at the University of Wyoming College of Law actually seeks to bring a variety of voices together to generate true research on Second Amendment issues and create the next generation of firearms attorneys.

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
America does not go abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all. She well knows that by one enlisting under other banners than her own, were they even the banners of foreign independence, she would involve herself beyond the power of extrication in all the wars of interest and intrigue, of individual avarice, envy and ambition, which assume the colors and usurp the standards of freedom. — JOHN QUINCY ADAMS (1821) |
