FULL TEXT BELOW:

BALTIMORE -- Two men accused of killing an intruder at their east Baltimore warehouse were found not guilty by a judge.

Darrell Kifer and Kenny Der have never denied they shot and killed Tygon Walker in June 2001. But they said the shooting was in self-defense.

Prosecutors claimed that Walker was shot six times, and five of the wounds were in the back.

Kifer's testimony finished Thursday morning and Der was done in the afternoon.

Kifer testified that when he saw Walker raise his arm, he thought he was holding a gun. Kifer said he opened fire when he thought he heard a gunshot.

The defendants requested that a judge, not a jury, hear their case. The judge had to determine whether their lives were really in danger.
