In essence, foreign nats. are being sold weapons that are more deadly than what we are allowed to keep and certain politicians want to widen the gap. |

When his "claims" were checked against some records that he "consulted", it was found that he drastically understated the number of guns they show. It was also found that some "records" do not exist at all.
Emory University has ordered Bellesiles to account for himself. What explanation Bellesiles will offer is unclear, but a finding of "unforgivable sloppiness" seems to be the best he can hope for. |

Police consider beanbags a non-lethal alternative to bullets. But the 1.4-ounce bags filled with lead pellets can cause significant damage when striking any part of the body, the study found.
The study looked at 40 shootings by officers with the Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. They included cases in which beanbags penetrated the eye, chest, abdomen or leg of suspects, and others in which spleens were ruptured or internal organs damaged. |

The Associated Press (AP) broke a story today about a Supreme Court ruling, and went far beyond their normal capacity for getting a story wrong. They missed the entire nature of the question before the court.
The Supreme Court rejected a "petition for certiorari" which was a request that the court review the decision of the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (CAAF), which dealt only with the question of whether or not a soldier has the right to present evidence in his own defense. |

This article reminds us how a group is "made" culturally "wrong" and singled out for "special treatment', invariably taking advantage of the public dislike of the group and "what it's existance represents to the nation's good" (all carefully cultivated in lapdog press & by various psy-ops); invariably resulting in the gradual subterfuge of freedom.
This article gives us the stepping stone to bring ALL the laundry in for a washing. This is the Constitutional answer.
KABA NOTE: This tactic also applies to the assault on the Second Amendment. |
