But nobody is calling for bans on hammers, rope, etc., even though more people die by these methods when someone violates the Murder Ban.

A story of a Concord, MA, man who ran afoul of a 1998 law that placed expiration dates on firearms ID cards. Prior to 1998, the ID cards were good for life if you kept out of trouble. Now he's apparently ready to take the case to the US Supreme Court.

In addition, this man, while not a lawyer, has successfully represented himself in many of his court appearances.
