Morris, 50 -- on a variety of alleged weapons violations, according to the U.S. Attorney's office. Both are charged with conspiracy to falsify information to a licensed firearms dealer, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and making false statements on 'ATF Forms 4473.' "
"According to the indictment, Daniel possessed a firearm on May 22, 2001, while he was under a domestic violence order. On June 4, 2001, Daniel made false statements on a form for the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms in an attempt to buy a handgun, according to the indictment."
"Also, on June 6, 2001, Daniel and Morris conspired to falsify information to a firearms dealer and Morris made a false statement to a firearms dealer, authorities allege."
