"This Jew will cling to his guns and his religion if (G-d forbid) Barack Hussein Obama is elected President of the United States."

"Having grown up in New York City, on Manhattan's Upper West Side, during the turbulent 1950s and '60s, this Jew--a lifelong Zionist and [NRA] member--saw his neighborhood--in fact, his entire city--practically destroyed by left-liberal policies and ideology."

"This Jew recalls the night when knife- and pipe-wielding, Black Muslims surrounded the brownstone building that housed the clubhouse ... of his Zionist youth movement chapter, and remembers well that it was the group's (legally owned and stored) arsenal of rifles--and willingness to use them in self-defense--that prevented a massacre of young Jews. ..." Philadelphia police are investigating a home invasion that ended with a double shooting.

Police say a resident inside the home pulled out a gun and began firing at the two teenagers, striking them both.

The 15 year old male teenager is in stable condition at HUP.

FULL TEXT BELOW:

The National Rifle Association is looking to an unlikely source to criticize Barack Obama's positions on gun issues: Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The NRA's Political Victory Fund plans a national newspaper ad reviving a Clinton mailing that accused Obama of waffling on gun issues. Clinton's campaign sent the mailing when the New York senator was challenging Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination. It accuses Obama of changing his statements on gun issues to try to fit whichever audience he was addressing at the time.

The NRA political action committee's ad is scheduled to run Thursday in USA Today.

Obama has said people have the right to bear arms, but that he also supports "commonsense" gun laws.

The National Rifle Association has endorsed U.S. Rep. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-Greenport, in the 20th Congressional District race.

Gillibrand received an "A" rating, which indicates a "solidly pro-gun candidate," according to the NRA Web site.

The rating is based on the congresswoman's voting history on gun-related legislation.

Republican congressional candidate Alexander "Sandy" Treadwell received an "AQ" rating, based on his responses to a questionnaire on gun-related issues, according the NRA Web site.

Both candidates received the highest rating possible, but Treadwell's rating was based solely on answers to a questionnaire because he did not have a voting history, the NRA Web site said.
