State Representative Dan Caulkins (R-Decatur) has petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States to review the Illinois Supreme Court’s decision on Illinois’ weapons ban law on due process, equal protection, and Second Amendment grounds. Caulkins believes the issue is the denial of due process under the 14th Amendment arising from Justices Elizabeth Rochford and Mary Kay O’Brien participating in the case despite overwhelming reasons they should have recused themselves. |

When it comes to precision rifle ammo, there are a lot of different options on the market. Hornady, Nosler, Barnes, Sierra, and Berger all make exceptionally accurate ammo. However, if you need sub-MOA match-grade ammo ready to go out of the box, then you need to get your hands on some Sako Ammunition. |

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in September 2022 approved the use of MCCs for firearms retailers. Some pro-gun states already have passed laws prohibiting MCCs. |

The actual shot-callers behind the Biden-Harris administration’s war on guns and the Second Amendment have certainly been creative in the steps they have taken toward achieving their goal of total civilian disarmament. These unelected bureaucrats have targeted “weapons of war,” as they like to call them, which prompted several weak-kneed retailers to strip the country’s most popular rifles from their shelves. |

Pennsylvania House Democrats on Tuesday advanced two bills out of committee aimed at discouraging parents from allowing minors to have access to their firearms by adding new storage requirements for homes with children and opening up shared liability for gun violence. Both bills were advanced on the strength of support from Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee, moving the legislation closer toward a floor vote. Earlier this year, the Democrat-controlled House voted on gun control measures, with two passing, one failing, and a fourth measure being held back from a vote.

Due to the explosion in popularity of polymer autos and black guns over the past decade, it’s fair to say interest in revolvers throughout the same time period has subsequently waned. With nearly every new introduction in the saturated tactical shooting market as uninteresting as the last, it’s clear that interest in the classic wheelgun market is primed and ready for resurgence with a younger crowd of shooters bored with the status quo.

Secret Service reportedly opened fire Sunday night on three suspects attempting to break into an unmarked government vehicle parked in front of the Georgetown home of Naomi Biden, President Joe Biden’s granddaughter. Reports allege that the three offenders fled the scene after the gunfire started.
These types of scenarios are exactly why Americans advocate for the Second Amendment, but unfortunately, not all citizens have the same protection the Biden family is afforded.

Springfield Armory is pouring on the colorways for 2024 when it comes to its popular Hellion series of bullpup 5.56mm NATO carbines. The Hellion platform – an evolution of the proven HS Produkt-made VHS-2 rifle system of Croatia used in military and police service across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East – only hit American shores as a semi-automatic sporter version in early 2022. Since introduction, Springfield has expanded the line with both 18- and 20-inch barreled variants to complement the standard 16-inch model and now is upping the drip on the latter to include options in Desert FDE (HL916556F), OD Green (HL916556G), and Gray (HL916556Y) for the same price as the standard black.
