On page 2 of this report read how those responsible escaped justice because the lawsuit "stalled for lack of detailed witness accounts." Kind of an OJ thing, kill them all and walk.

There he kicked open the door of a 66-year-old resident, who grabbed a 20-gauge shotgun next to his bed, struggled with Whitney and told him to leave, ..."

"The young man took a can of Sprite, then reached behind the counter, swiped a carton of Marlboro cigarettes and dashed outside.

"If he was a nice young man and apologized, I probably would have let him go.

Suddenly, the young man knocked him down and was on top of him, grabbing for his gun. As they rolled and struggled for control, the gun went off. Hummel was hit in the chest.
